Yes — this package sets up and optimizes your existing MS365 environment. If you don't have one yet, I can advise on the right plan before we start.

How long does the full setup take?

Setup typically takes 1–2 business days once I have access. Then we book the training call at a time that works for your whole team.

What do you need from me to get started?

Just admin access to your MS365 account and a 15-minute discovery call. I handle everything else — you don't need to be technical at all.

Is this a one-time cost or recurring?

Completely one-time — $397 total. No ongoing fees, no retainer, no surprises. You also get 7 days of post-session email support at no extra charge.

What if my team has questions after the training call?

You get 7 days of email support directly from me after our session. If something's unclear, just email and I'll help you sort it out quickly.
